6. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows that the package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier for lost packages.

  • Damaged Items: If your items are damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at paliwalap7@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected and deemed eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited around 5-7 days after the return is accepted.
